Cleaning work is provided according to the agreed scope, access arrangements and quoted requirements.

Scope

Services include the agreed tasks only. Specialist work, hazardous work, unsafe access and unquoted add-ons may require separate agreement.

Access and safety

Clients must provide safe access, accurate information about risks and suitable conditions for the work requested.

Quotes

Quotes may change if the actual condition, size or access requirements differ materially from the information provided.
